Raise your hand if you remember the comic strip "They'll Do It Every Time." It showed people executing predictable fails and cringe-worthy behaviors, as if on cue. Well, here's a news story worthy of that cartoon. CNN reported on May 2 that a Starbucks customer was upset at getting too much ice in her drink. Did she remove some ice? No. Did she request her iced drinks with less ice?
